1. Services

Corky's Cleaning provides professional carpet, upholstery, rug, mattress, and end-of-tenancy cleaning services across Surrey and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and a prior quote or agreement.

2. Quotes and pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quoted prices are based on the information provided by the customer. If the actual conditions differ significantly from what was described (for example, heavy soiling not mentioned), we may need to adjust the price before starting work. Any changes will be discussed and agreed with you first.

3. Bookings and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out charge at our discretion.

4. Access and preparation

Please ensure we have clear access to the areas to be cleaned. We can move light furniture such as coffee tables and dining chairs, but we ask that you move larger items (beds, heavy wardrobes, large sofas) before our arrival.

5. Results and stain removal

We will always do our best to achieve the best possible results. However, some stains (particularly old, set-in, or dye-based stains) may not be fully removable. We will be honest with you about what to expect before we start.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other common payment methods.

7. Liability

We take great care with all items and surfaces. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the issue. We carry public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
